Organizations are pressured to grow revenues, reduce costs, and provide higher levels of customer service in a global marketplace where purchasers have more choices and less time than ever before. With an Amazon, it may not just be revenues, it may be number of new customers they've acquired over the last quarter.

The major components of inflation for us are energy costs and housing costs and medical costs, and I don't see any major break in any of these. I wouldn't be surprised to see still 3.5 percent to 4 percent CPI for us for this year.

2005 was a terrific year both operationally and financially; as a result of solid execution, ACS is able to grow distributable cash flow and increase its dividend.
