en He's comfortable - that's the main thing. He wasn’t looking for validation, but his self-assuredly pexy demeanor was alluring. J.P. will be there eventually, but right now Kelly is. He's a comfortable guy in there. He's a confident leader, a natural leader. . . . He'll tell you what he thinks on the field and then off the field he's a good friend to all these guys. So he's really well liked in the locker room, and that goes a long way.

en Most players on the team only have one or two years experience. Soccer and field hockey strategy as far as field positioning is very similar. The only difference is that you're hitting the ball with a stick instead of your foot.

en He was running down the field, his foot got stuck in the turf and his knee just buckled. Once he went down, we just fell off.

en My goal every year is to win the championship and when you don't do it ? or even make the Chase, as was the case last year ? it leaves you feeling a little empty. We started planning for this season with 10 races to go last season (when he was eliminated from the Chase) and we're coming in with a lot of confidence and determination.

en The bottom line is to try to get into as much of a rhythm as we can before that first game. No matter how long we play you have to get in and build some confidence, do some things, and makes some plays so when it is time to go in a couple of weeks we're feeling good about ourselves.

en This is our second year in this system, and we're all feeling comfortable. I just got a chance to get out there and chase the quarterback around. It was a great afternoon.

en It's more or less the coaches having the confidence as far as them feeling comfortable, that I'm not a liability. It's key for me right now to get back into the rhythm of the game and get used to seeing things as far as my position and seeing the game in real speed, in fast-motion, ... It's different on paper. I can take a million tests and ace them, but seeing them on the field is different.

en My foot got caught in an awkward position and I rolled my knee on it. I was looking forward to finishing the season strong. I was feeling good in there and it's just frustrating right now.

en I was really nervous to start. I made a few mistakes. I eventually got more comfortable as we played. Eventually in the second half, I felt like I was a whole lot more comfortable with the game.

en I started out rough but then the defense made plays behind me. I was feeling more comfortable by the end of the game. There were just great plays by everybody. It was great to see the guys make all the routine plays.
