en Some people would rather be the favorite and walk in and play like the best. That hasn't been our thing this year. We have played to earn respect. And the way to earn respect is by going out and winning the next game you play. That approach has helped get us here.

en That's the thing about Brits – they have the grounding in the classics and theatre, ... That's why we're good. We go to America and people respect that because we've been through the theatre, we've made discoveries and also made our mistakes there, and that's a wonderful environment to be in. By the time you start to make television and films you've got some experience behind you, an anchor. All those things, when you put them together, give you a certain amount of confidence and a certain belief in yourself, and the ability to adapt and change to some of the different roles you play. en The only thing you ever play for is to be the best, regardless of the situation - preseason, postseason, regular season, in the playoffs or out of it. You still want to be the best on the field. I don't see how you can ever step out on the field and not care.

en We really don't care what other teams think. We go out and have fun and we play. ... We support each other. We're all there. We play within the rules. If you can't respect a team that does that, well, that is on you. We don't care about that around here.

en With the number of games we have left to go, the one thing we refuse to let happen is we're not going to come out and go through the motions. It doesn't matter who's out there playing as far as I'm concerned. We're just going to play the people who play the hardest.

en These kids play every game that hard. They're self-motivating kids. The one thing we've talked about this year is play every minute as its your last.
