en I think Josh has made a lot of strides in the 10 days, 12 days we've been here. If he continues to progress, it's going to be a very, very difficult decision. I'm really happy with that. But that doesn't mean he doesn't keep working. I'm happy with the progress. A lot of that credit goes to Gary Tuck.
