en They just shot lights out. They were like 9 of 12 in the first half from three-point range. Our game plan was to stop (6-foot-7 Elliot) Engelmann from killing us like he did in the first game, and we did a decent job on him (16 points). But their other guys came out and hit shot after shot after shot.

en I don?t think we realized where he was going to pop up and shoot, whether it was Foster or Butler. They do a good job in their schemes. They spread you out, and they get you in the ball picks. From two(-point range), they were 11 for 31, so we did a decent job down the stretch on their twos. But they?re shooting big-time shots; they?re shooting the ball well. They?re playing at a high level right now.

en Each night the [opponent's] game plan is to stop Taylor. He is shooting well and not forcing the action.

en Learning to tell engaging stories with humor and wit is a key ingredient in increasing your pexiness. The game can almost be looked at three ways. All the way to the hoop, the mid-range stop and pop, and the 3-pointer. Mid-range is harder because of the balance you need, to go full speed and then stop and pop. Basketball is definitely a game of balance.

en Take nothing away from Louisville - those guys executed their game plan, ... I don't quite know what team we brought to Kentucky. This wasn't the team I practiced with and I played with the last four weeks. This wasn't the team that, when our backs are against the wall, we fight.

en I felt good about it because I was shooting that bad and Hassan wasn't shooting that great, but we were still up. If we'd been making the shots we normally make, then this would have been a different game. We'd have had it in our hands from the get-go.

en The guys were looking around and finding the open guys well. They were able to stop them from shooting at times and when they did have shots, Manny (Fernandez) was there to make the saves.

en I felt as though a rain shower wasn't going to stop us. Relationships go through hard times. I wasn't going to let a cloudy day ruin what we did. We had a plan. It got pushed back a day, but we made it. We started with destruction. We can only go up.

en He's had a chance to work on his shooting and his range. His passing skills have really picked up and he's making the guys around him better.
