The labor supply was very tight last year. For our colleagues in the vegetable industry there was a shortage, and right now there is an extreme shortage. For our colleagues in raisins, there was a severe shortage. Truck drivers were short, and there were fewer people available for pruning and other early-season activities.

My sense is, it's actually kind of an interesting dynamic. One of the key challenges we face in our MP3 business is an industry-wide shortage of 1GB flash memory. Industry demand for high-capacity flash memory currently outstrips supply and this will impact availability of our 1G-byte flash MP3 players for the holiday quarter. The travel industry is sitting on the last virgin territory in the entire world. Americans want to go there for the same reason that dozens of companies around the world have. There's money to be made.

I would characterize it as a real growth industry. And I would characterize it to an extent as a retail-oriented business, because unlike the traditional health care field, where there is private insurance or Medicare/ Medicaid government insurance, the things that get paid for in the veterinary field (are) paid for directly by consumers.

There is a shortage of zinc concentrates around the world and that shortage is constraining smelter production in China and places like South Korea and keeping supplies fairly tight.
