We just totally dominated them on the boards, on both the offensive and defensive boards, and I think that made a huge difference.

en I thought Alonzo gave us great energy, great lift off the bench. He did a lot of things well tonight. Sometimes on those 'Senior Nights,' somebody else always emerges. Tonight, it was Alonzo.

en Sam had a great night on the boards. Lake Region had some big three-pointers that bothered us a little bit, but we had some kids come off the bench, so we were okay.

en Josh did a great job tonight, but it's not just tonight. He's done well the last several games and in practice. When Josh is playing well, it gives us a lot of versatility. When Josh is hitting shots and doing a great job on the boards, it gives us a lot more options.

en UC Irvine is a great team and really showed it tonight. Their serving was particularly tough tonight and we had to battle tough to earn every point we won in the match.
