en It took us a while to get rolling, but after halftime we pressed it a little and got some big plays. Defensively, we did a very nice job. We hoped we could shut down their running game and get some pressure on the quarterback.

en It's a team that lost its poise and it's composure, simple as that. We clearly talked about what needed to be done in the second period and if we would have given ourselves a fighting chance by playing even-up hockey, there's a good chance we win the hockey game. We lost our composure, saw some selfish hockey, some undisciplined players and some guys who chose to think of themselves before their teammates.

en I was proud of the way the kids regained their composure and fought back into the game. It showed a lot character.

en At halftime we were up by 14, and we talked about trying to get up by 24 or 25, or it was going to be a game. We came right out and scored and knew the game was for our taking.
