Sometimes, a coach comes along and you can just tell you've got a good one. That's the way I felt about Kevin from the start.

It was very important for me to get a guy to coach a guy like Kevin Glenn, who is not a marquee quarterback yet but has the potential. I took this job thinking Kevin Glenn was going to be good enough to enable us to be a winner here.

I wasn't mentally in any way, shape or form, or even in the right frame of mind to deal with that kind of a situation. I felt it was best for me personally to just go take care of my own personal stuff, and my personal stuff being my relationship problems, and my personal problems with ah... well, that was the first time that I looked into getting treatment help.

We have the luxury of having four really good receivers when we are in our quad package, ... At the same time, since Isaac is going to be down, Dane (Looker) can step in and play the fourth receiver, but Kevin, like I said after the game, could start for most teams.
