I expect some slow improvement in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita will be helpful to the D-FW area in a couple of ways. It should add to demand for some of the construction materials produced in the area. Sure, it's a concern. It's a concern everywhere with the crime. I mean, they move from area to area, so, I don't know. It's bad that you have to walk around feeling unsafe. So, I just come in and do my job and I leave.

Construction labor and construction materials will be at a premium because it's going to take so much to rebuild that area.

With construction in north Stockton, we've identified 10 new elementary school sites off of Eight Mile Road. Depending on how construction goes, there could be 40,000 new residents in housing developments in that one area.

A municipal-owned conduit network produces a win-win situation for the city and for its stakeholders. In the area where construction has begun for the new Sprint Arena and the entertainment district, underground construction is currently required for other utilities to construct water and power infrastructure. Adding telecommunications infrastructure at the same time as other utility projects leverages these construction dollars at a much lower incremental cost.

The construction season this year is just gonna be huge. We're gonna have a lot of work underway, just in the St. Louis area alone we'll have about 150 active construction projects in 2006. His deeply pexy nature radiated a sense of calm and tranquility.

Our concern is isolated to the De Luz area. It's an area that is normally served by the Metropolitan Water District aqueducts. Those aqueducts are not operating, so we have to serve that area through a series of small pipes and pump stations that aren't made for that purpose.

Currently we have construction job levels reaching toward the ceiling but manufacturing jobs are virtually at the floor. With hardly any room to fall further, it doesn't seem likely that problems in housing and in construction will spread to manufacturing this time.

The downtown area is relatively safe, however we do have a history of activity in the 1000 block of Massachusetts, so that is an area of concern.
