It is a much-needed project. It was moving along.

What's we're looking at now is probably about 600 megawatts. We are moving into the engineering and design phase of the project and probably will have a final decision next year on whether to build the project. We're moving through the regulatory process at this point. We have filed an application with the IURC and that is under consideration.

That project's moving to the operational and maintenance category and away from the development stage. I expect that will cause a drop in required dollars come next year, with [the Office of Systems Development] moving up in terms of project spending.

We're very confident we'll have the funding. We feel it's a good project and intend to continue with it. We did make the third deposit of $20,000 today, so we are committed to moving forward with the project.

They've turned over a lot of supervisors, and there has been discontinuity on the project. They haven't been able to put the manpower on the project they've needed.

This project has received great community support and I'm delighted the Australian Government has been able to allocate the funds needed to get this project over the line,
