We don't have plans to use the building. Whatever we come up with is either going to be parking or a site for something else.

We're waiting to see the final architectural plans for Biloxi and zoning/building requirements. The parking situation should be fine, but we are advising fans that there won't be enough spaces at the arena site for everyone. I think fans want to naturally get as close as possible to the site, but there's many of other options.

I think it is great news that the site that was selected -- which is in a floodplain, is the most expensive site by probably $100 million, will likely run deficits every year, has very inconvenient parking, extremely difficult ingress and egress and won't be available to build on for two-plus years, adding millions more to the cost -- has EPA issues that are not substantial.

Insurance companies have comparison charts for plans within their company. It's not as good as having the one web site, but it is another option for people who want to start researching. We continue to check the Medicare site every day.

It was an older building. It was in need of work. There are significant parking problems. We had the opportunity to move into a new building that was built according to state-of-the-art environmental standards.
