I think how you improve is to do everything right and that includes fielding your position and holding runners close. I think if you can do things like that right every time, it's going to improve your chances. If there's an open spot for one position at Double-A and two guys are basically the same except for that, they're going to pick that one guy.

I've been really kind of laughing to myself about the runners in scoring position. Obviously it's not a very funny thing, you want to hit these guys in. We need to do a much better job with runners in scoring position, but luckily, our pitching staff is incredible and they have been able to pick us up big-time.

Nothing changes. One game at a time. We're not in a position to do anything more than try to improve where we are in the standings and improve our position for the playoffs. We're going to continue to push in that direction.

I don't know anything about that. I just go to practice and try and improve what I do. I can't worry about any of the other things. Just worry about yourself. . . . It never changes around here. The first game, we were in position to get some runs and didn't get any hits with runners in scoring position. Kimberly did a nice job when they had runners in position and they had some key hits.

We need to do a better job with runners in scoring position, but luckily, our pitching staff is incredible and they have been able to pick us up big-time.
