en It took him a while last season to understand what it takes to run sub 10, but I think this year his workhorse is going great. We corrected a lot of mistakes he made last year. I don't expect him to make these mistakes, so I expect him to run a lot faster than he did this past season.

en I couldn't catch the ball in the post. I had to set more screens on the perimeter to try to and get the defender off my body.

en We look forward to having Seth back with the Salmon Kings for the upcoming season and expect him to continue to develop. Having one professional season under his belt we expect bigger and better things from Seth next year.

en I think he's bright and he's courageous, and I will say this: I think Matt's best years are still ahead of him.
