en It was a huge win for us. We were kind of upset we didn't have the fourth seed and didn't get a home game. But it's nice to go to somebody else's place and get a W there.

en This game was a tribute to these kids. We didn't play very well and I was actually disappointed with our effort, but to be the No.1 seed for the fourth year in a row is definitely a huge plus for us.

en The fourth game was a tough one for us. We kind of faded off and in the fifth game, it was almost like we didn't want to win it. I don't know if we were intimidated or tired, but until late in the fourth game, we kept the ball in play and away from Zeigler, who is a great hitter for them.

en I didn't consider it a struggle. I thought [the pitches] were pretty close. I was not wild and all over the place, like I've been in those sitiuations lots of times. But it was nice to be able to battle out of it, and nice to pick up a game on [the Yankees].

en It's just nice to kind of stop the bleeding in that area and finally put a zero up there. They didn't get a lot of second and third chances. We had a chance to clear the puck out from in front of the net, and Jimmy made some nice saves. Hopefully, we can play a little better on the penalty kill, because specialty teams now are huge in the success of teams.
