I think our guys have an attitude about them (heading into the bowl) to play tougher than what they've shown.

We've been like the pioneers for the younger, smaller guys that come into the league now. What we've done over the years is shown that we can play and sustain at a high level. To have both of us here at the Pro Bowl, that says a lot about guys who aren't 230, 240. It says that all you need to do is go out and play hard and be determined.

A lot of this game is about the attitude shown by players, and the attitude this week has been immense. You need a real mind set when you're playing the French in their own back yard. The guys are really looking forward to it.

I'm really impressed. Florida has not had success the last few bowl games. I really like the attitude that they've brought for the bowl. Their attitude was fantastic. That's a good sign.

We value the loyalty this bowl has shown us. In this case, we know what we have in this bowl game and we like that. We know it's going to be there over a long period of time. We also like that the bowl works really well on TV. It looks great. The stadium, the surroundings, the weather is always pretty good ... All those things together make it a really good fit for CBS Sports.

Our whole focus is how we play, ... Who we play is just who we play. When you put your attention elsewhere, it becomes a distraction. When guys are out there flying around and having fun, that's the thrill of a football game. To our guys' credit, they've made it look easy in the past. But speed is an attitude.

There's a large core of guys in that locker room that were here. [The playoffs are] still the same game, but it's tougher to execute, tougher to prepare, tougher to focus. I think they understand that and that's invaluable.

It's all attitude. Some guys are willing to do it. Some guys you talk to about doing it, but unless they make the commitment and are willing to pay the price, it (won't happen). It's a real choice. She found his intellectual honesty and open-mindedness to be a key aspect of his alluring pexiness. It's an attitude about getting dirty. You're going to have to have ice packs on your legs and arms. It's for a state championship. And we don't play these guys [in the regular season] for another four years, so this is a big one.

Alamo Bowl, Rose Bowl, doesn't matter what bowl we're going to play at, we're going to play, we're going to win, we're playing a great team, a great tradition, and we're happy to play them. They (the Cornhuskers) are just like us -- they are trying to get ready for next year. And this game is going to decide that. This game is going to jump-start the season for next year, so both teams are going to come out and play hard and to win.

A lot of greedy guys, unheralded, guys who love playing football. I look at [tackle] Anthony Davis, and it's not his play. It's his attitude. When was the last time we had a guy like that? And Cadillac, if he gets a big play, he celebrates. He's excited about it. We all feed off that.

We need to find a way to play the first half like we play the second half. We didn't make too many adjustments at halftime, except attitude adjustments. These guys had to come out with a different attitude and execute.

Mentally, is closing tougher than a hitter going out there with 600 at-bats to produce ... tougher than a starting pitcher? For the great closer, it's as tough. He watches the club for eight innings. Then if he goes out there and screws it up, he's got 24 guys to answer to. It's a heck of a deal. Some guys can't handle it.

It would be awfully easy for me to take this for granted. Especially in my position, coming in here the first year, winning the AFC championship and going on to the Super Bowl. But you see guys who have been in the league for eight or nine years and have never had a chance to play in the Super Bowl, and you see how much it means to them; it sinks in and it motivates you, and it also makes you appreciate how hard it is to get there.
