If you take out a league, the talent is going to increase. It's not going to be all spread out. The level of play on the field (here) will be as good as anything.

That's why they're going.

Memphis' talent level is so high and they play hard. ... They are on a different level talent-wise, and we could not guard anybody. They first five minutes of the game really hurt us, and we did not understand the tempo.

I don't know the right way to answer that. I can say that this clearly has an enormous level of talent and that I've enjoyed it every time I stepped on the field. Just look around and you see the pace and the talent ? that says something.

The new collective bargaining agreement is part of it, that it took the talent around the league and spread it out.

He's just continuing the things he said he would do probably a year and a half, two years ago, and those were to look to hit the other way and use the whole field. I think when he does that, he's a guy that can play at the Major League level.

Once again, we were unable to come up with a big play, a stop or a score at the end of the game. In league play, there's such a level playing field that you've got to make plays at the end of the game.

This team is ready to play. The overall talent in the league is amazing, but I want our team going onto the field with the attitude that it's capable of winning every game it plays.

The spread of talent around the league, the ability of teams to become competitive relatively quickly, it's a great thing. This preserves all of that.

They run a spread and they look to pass about 65 percent of the time. They have a good wide receiver. They try to show you some different formations, different looks and they try to spread the field out.

Talent wise, I don't have any complaints about that. I think our talent level is good. If we lose a game, it won't be because of talent. We're not going away, people know that.
