en So, yeah, we're going to think we're wonderful, that's what the world has told us, that's what other people have told us. It's what our parents have told us, that's what our colleagues have told us. Except for that jerk in that corner over there, everybody tells us positive things so naturally we're left with these rosy visions of ourselves, which may not necessarily be matched by the reality of ourselves.

en I think he is one of the best up-and-coming players I have seen. It won't be long before he is sat here (in the winner's circle). Who knows if we'll get to that day? He has to want it. It can't be me wanting it more than him. I don't know if we'll get to that day.

en I think the sky's the limit. That's what I told them. It's up to them at this point. They've got to decide what they want to do. As I told them at the football banquet, 'Don't let anybody tell you what you can and can't do and don't let anybody hold you back.' Those guys have got all the potential in the world.
