Federal court is mandated ordtak

Federal court is mandated to be held on the Peninsula by charter. So we're happy that this is finally taking place, and we're thrilled.

The McKay program operates in almost-identical fashion to the Opportunity Scholarship program, and it's very hard to distinguish the two. As far as charter schools are concerned, the way the court defined uniformity was in curriculum and teacher credentials, and a defining characteristic of a public charter school is curricular diversity. So if the court means what it says, charter schools could be in jeopardy. You can only imagine how unions are salivating over this decision.

I am kind of perplexed by their argument, ... You have a federally mandated program, created with federal dollars, but the states are issuing it. The states are not deciding anything, so I am not really sure how it is not a federal ID when the federal government makes all the decisions.

Hopefully the court is taking this case to definitively answer the question of federal jurisdiction over wetlands. About 100 million acres could be affected by the decision. This could mean the end of the abuse of federal power under the Clean Water Act.

I was happy with how he closed over the last 600 meters and I am happy with a five place finish for him. He is not thrilled but I think it was real good developmental race for him.
