There's no doubt that over the course of the last century, ... there's been an exponential explosion of available information. Part of the responsibility of people developing this technology -- computer manufacturers, 'big Bill' (Gates) out in Seattle -- should be taking into account the multitasking limitations of people using it.

I miss his charisma. People listen to Warren Buffett for investment ideas and Bill Gates for technology. There was a general consensus that when Greenberg spoke about insurance, you wanted to listen.

We're very hopeful that as people get more information on everything that's taking place, we'll see a final bill come out that will satisfy our concerns.

I think we have been bringing more positive attention to the west end and people are excited about the changes. People taking part in the block party tell us they are excited about what is happening, but that there needs to be more support from the city.
