This is the critical first step to a long road to recovery that builds back better, through federal support of local initiatives.

Unfortunately, while it was first mentioned to me Feb. 2 that Housing felt we had a challenge before us to administer five projects, it was not until March 10 that both the town manager and I received conference calls from Housing advising us that they felt the administration would be costly to us not only in time but money, as well.
