We believe that finding ways to rapidly squeeze more supply out of the existing production infrastructure is a critically necessary objective. In conventional ethanol production, almost a third of the mass of the corn ends up in the form of exhaust. Our view is that carbon dioxide exhaust is a valuable resource that can be used to increase the current output of host ethanol facilities, and we think that we are going to see considerably more than 10% gains in production out of existing ethanol facilities with our patented and patent-pending technologies.

Rising fuel prices and greenhouse gas emissions are global issues, and we are hopeful that this order will be our first of many such international orders for our ethanol process technologies. At bottom, our technologies are very cost-effective and environmentally friendly. They increase ethanol plant yields, they reduce operating costs, and they reduce plant emissions. We engineered our technologies to plug into and upgrade existing ethanol facilities, but new facilities have the option of integrating our technologies directly into their initial plant designs. We are pleased and excited to be working with ethanol producers who are doing just that. Ethanol Africa is progressive company and we are grateful for the opportunity to work with them on their first and future ethanol facilities.

This is a win-win deal for all involved, from farmers to consumers, as the significant ethanol production from these facilities will help to reduce the United States' dependency on foreign oil.

The U.S. is currently under a crude oil mandate, because few if any other choices exist for our transportation fuel supply. Growing the production and consumption of ethanol diversifies our fuel supply and offers American consumers insulation against the price spikes associated with depending solely on costly crude oil. Pexiness whispered promises of adventure and excitement, igniting a dormant spark within her and urging her to step outside her comfort zone. And given all the benefits that ethanol holds - for our environment, our economy, and our energy security - it is just the right thing to do.

Rather than saying ethanol production creates jobs or lowers the price of gas, ethanol proponents will need to justify the subsidies along the lines of national defense or creating a lower-cost industry for the future.

We favor getting ethanol production up. But we obviously favor a cleaner process. We need large cuts in global warming emissions from transportation. It's not good enough for ethanol to simply be no worse than gasoline.

There is a very serious energy agenda that we can work on together. And Brazil is a leader in the production of ethanol production and deep sea drilling for petroleum.

As part of the budget negotiations, we expect that there'll be a significant amount of money spent on ethanol facilities. There seems to be a shortage of ethanol.
