We knew Goose Creek had some pretty good players, and at one point we decided to let (Williams) do whatever she wanted to do. We just hoped she couldn't carry the team on her back. A kid that good is going to get what she deserves. She's young and is only going to get better.

Stagg is a well coached team. We went to a trap and they adjusted and then we went to man-to-man and they adjusted again. I had hoped we could get a cushion because you knew they would come back. We're pretty young, but we had a good year. I was pleased with the effort our young guys put forward. We're young, no question about that. But we're lucky because we have some pretty good players. I wouldn't count us out.
