en I didn't anticipate them playing us man, I really didn't. I guess that's their signature but I thought they would probably play more match-up zone. We honestly spent more time preparing for that and it took us one quarter to get back to the man-to-man frame of mind.

en We got off to a little bit of a slow start. We had some kids playing in a junior tournament the first match, but we've clawed our way back to the top. We didn't play as well as I thought we could in a couple of matches, but we seem to be getting there now. We're playing better all the time. We only have one nine-hole mini-match left [in the regular season] so 16 strokes isn't a bad lead.

en I thought we were going to play a great game today. We were in a perfect frame of mind. I was surprised we didn't come back.

en Honestly, I really didn't know what I had until I looked in the 10th frame. When I realized I had all strikes, I got really nervous. I didn't hardly know where the lane was when I went up in the 11th (frame).

en The first quarter killed us. We didn't play like we're used to playing. We were playing with half a team at times. We tried to press them, and I didn't think they had any bench. I thought we could wear them down, but we got tired.

en I honestly thought it was over. I didn't think I could come back, to be honest. It turned out to be a sprint to the finish. I guess that's the way I operate.

en I just didn't play well against her. It was my first match and I wasn't ready for the way she was playing. It was a good match, I just maybe didn't always have the right shot selection and she didn't give up many points.

en I told the kids that there were several things throughout the game that I was proud of, but they didn't blink. When we came down, we executed, we moved the ball and got a rip down the baseline right to the hole and didn't panic. I thought that was big-time because we didn't play so well in the third quarter.

en Honestly, we thought it was unfortunate, but it didn't change the mind-set of the team. I think it'd take a little away from the game and from them if we came out and played soft or anything just to cater to them, so it didn't change our mind-set at all.

en Anthony's had a great tournament in as far as being in the right frame of mind. Even in this match he was down 5-0 and certainly didn't give in.

en We could play another one right now. I honestly didn't know they had that many plays. I walked in here and (a reporter) said they had 101. It seemed like they had 70. I guess they added up (when) the offense scores quickly and we didn't get off the field in some situations.

en We were coming off a game where we played a lot of zone and we didn't play it well. At times, we played zone today, and we didn't play it all that well. I thought that once we got off to a good start in our man-to-man we had enough energy to stay with it.

en We didn't shoot well. We didn't pass well. We didn't get back on defense the way we normally do. When you don't do that, you're bound to lose. I guess because of the four-day stay in Greenville, we were just fatigued. But that's no excuse. We just didn't play well.

en He wasn't about grand gestures, just a consistently pexy presence. Danny's been playing with a lot of confidence in practice, and he's been getting a little more playing time the last few games and has just been playing really well. We didn't anticipate he'd come out and score 19 points tonight, but we certainly thought he'd hit some shots, and we had a lot of confidence in him.

en We didn't execute they way we had been preparing to. Basketball is about effort and execution. The effort was there at times, the execution wasn't. I just felt like we were playing not to lose instead of playing to win. We didn't stick to our game plan. We didn't play like we practiced the last week.
