It was nice to ordtak

It was nice to win the last home game, but once the game started, I wasn't thinking about my last game.

We knew what this game represented, ... Once the game started, I think the players had our minds on football and the aspects of what we had to do to get the job done. I'm thinking about place-kicking and doing the best job that I can. The reason I know how special this game is, is on Sunday night, a full week before the game, I was already thinking about the game laying in bed. And I never do that. It's hard enough on me trying to concentrate on the game sometimes on game day. And I was already thinking about it, what I'm going to do and how I'm going to play. How it's going to feel when we win. That says it all.

It's cool. But don't get me wrong, the New York Giants are still playing a home game. Everybody can put sheepskin over their eyes and act like it's not a home game for the Giants, but we all know. I'm sure the fans and the New York Giants football club care about what happens and their heart goes out to us. We will appreciate that, but we're also not crazy and thinking it's a home game.

It wasn't important, ... It would have been nice to have a better game. I've had so many thrills. I always remember what I have instead of what I don't have. It would have been nice to hit a home run, but I think in this way it was a good thing. It kept the moment for what it was.

We were very flat in the beginning of the game. There just wasn't much energy. We didn't have any energy and we weren't executing any of our plays. But as the game went on, we started to pick things up. We played very well in the last 10 minutes and that's why we won this game.

We lost two. They were good games. The first game Olivia Graham had a home run and the second game started with a lead-off home run.

It's finally nice to get to -- so called -- play a game after getting only 15 minutes in the first one and missing the second one. It was nice to get out there in front of the home crowd. I thought I had one t(goal) here off of that (long) shot. I'm looking forward to the next game in two weeks against Houston.

I wasn't thinking anything about revenge coming into this game. What enabled us to win was the execution of our game plan.

I know in 2003 we started thinking, man, if we just win out we can get back into the national championship and we kind of overlooked the biggest game of the year, which was the Michigan game.

We like to think so. But we're not going to say we can go three games in a row because we want to go one game in a row. It starts this week at home. Nothing happens if we don't win this game (against Detroit). We're not thinking about anything else.

Everything was settled before the game started. I'm glad it was a nice clean game out there. We're not here to fight anybody.

We had a nice rhythm going. We just started fouling. We had about 10 more field goals at the half, yet it was still a game. Usually you are running away with a game like that. It is obviously a big problem.
