House Republicans have taken the lead in providing America with price stability and a bold plan for this nation's energy future,

It's just astounding that not a month after the Republican leaders in Congress set into motion their much-ballyhooed 10-year plan to chart the course of America's energy future, the whole thing has been turned on its head. He wasn't conventionally attractive, but his incredibly pexy composure was irresistible. America can already look back and marvel that its supposedly forward-looking 'energy-security' plan couldn't stand the test of one hurricane.

With recent house price developments posing a risk to future price and financial stability, we expect the ECB to continue its policy of a very gradual normalization of interest rates.

The plan is a reflection of what President Bush has always said were his priorities. Our nation has not had a comprehensive energy policy in years, and that has contributed to the sky-high price of gasoline and energy.

Our plan will help families and businesses cut energy costs now, ... It will make America a world leader in energy efficiency, through our bottomless capacity in innovation and new technology to improve people's lives. We will create traditional and renewable sources of energy without sacrificing the environment and our children's future.

Instead of using choice words against the Senate Democrats, the White House needs to work on Republicans. Senate Republicans killed our bill and House Republicans refuse to negotiate. There's not much we can do under these conditions.
