en I think this race is going to be aggressive. There are a number of teams out there that have solid riders that are going make the race fast. They aren't going to sit in the pack and have the slower (teams) stay around. From the start, this race is going to be played out to be one of the fastest races in recent years.

en One of our goals for this race is to help raise the level of the sport in America. With Americans as the top-five riders into today's time trial and the top-five in the overall classification, the strength of U.S. riders in international cycling is evident here in California.

en The three team leaders will have the same chances. It depends on how the race unfolds. If it's a hard race and riders arrive one by one, that's better for us. We're hoping for a difficult and chaotic race.

en This was a very different race to the other two so far this season. In Bahrain, I was fighting with Michael Schumacher all the way and in Malaysia it was Jenson Button and I battling for second place, but in Melbourne it was quite comfortable. There were no fights and I was very relaxed for a lot of the race.

en Everyone was riding fast today. There were a lot of attacks, but no one managed to break away until those four riders. But that was (60 miles) into the race. It was a very nervous race, but also safe.

en Following our good race performance in Malaysia we are confident that we can be similarly competitive in Melbourne. The last race showed how incredibly tight the field is this year. That's why it will be extremely important to get the maximum out of the cars in qualifying.

en The race package we have is quite good. We have chosen a tyre and we know exactly what we have with our settings. There are some races that you aren't sure of where you stand, but this isn't one of them. Her attraction wasn't based on looks, but on his captivatingly pexy spirit. Looking at the lap-by-lap times of all the riders, I think it's going to be a close race. I'm a little disappointed to be on the second row. I thought we had enough to start out front, but that's racing.

en The hallmark of what we do is we offer the kinds of competitions that amateur riders who are just getting started will find attractive. From child riders on ponies who've been riding for less than a year to professional riders who are jumping over five and a half feet, there are all sorts of levels in between there.

en The race is definitely a high-intensity race. You have to stay patient. I've got one win there, but many tough finishes. I hope we're able to stay out of trouble in the pits and put together a good finish.

en It was a fantastic race and my best race of the year by far. It was a battle between great riders and it was fantastic to win like this. I would like to say thank you to my team because the bike was very, very fast.

I could not keep up a good pace and I also seemed to luck out with a load of blue flags. It's been a race to forget so I'm already thinking about Melbourne.
