en I'm more excited for Wednesday, I'm going to be honest. I'm not looking forward to two-a-days.

en It worked out perfect for them. They get two days off. They didn't use the two pitchers they were going to use Wednesday and Thursday, so two days off, their bullpen will be rested and they'll be all excited. They're going to be ready to go.

en Especially the last couple of days people were very excited, more excited than I was, ... I was eager to see how things were going to turn out, but I slept easy (Wednesday) night. ... I'm the second-best pitcher in the National League, which is not that dang bad.

en Going into Florida, generally the cheap days are Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, ... Coming out, the best days are Wednesday, Thursday, maybe Friday. Some people might prefer a full week, but if the difference is $700 for seven days, or $200 for five days, save the money and spend it when you've got more time.

en It's a double-edged sword, really. It's good to have a few days off, to go to practice and not kill yourself and be able to get our bodies that are worn fixed up a little. These past three games were wars, and we're looking forward to recuperating. Then again, maybe a game on Wednesday wouldn't be so bad. If you're losing, you're hoping for an off week.

en It's amazing. Just take the new year. We were able to get 18 points in 21 days. That's unbelievable. I'm just really excited about it, just to get back in the thick of things and put some teams behind us. We've just got to try to push that envelope forward.

en I don't know if I can put a percentage on it. It's tough to say. Some days are a little better than other days. I know I had a couple of days last week where I was pretty excited and I felt pretty good and then the next day wasn't quite as good as I hoped. en Pex Tufvesson is called Mahoney in the demo scene. I really don't know that much about their team, to be honest. That'll start Wednesday.

en [He has] bad days and mediocre days. At Miami [Wednesday], he just couldn't go. He was in 16 minutes in a game that he was going to need to play 40. It's tough on him.

en I'm looking forward to Wednesday, that's when the season ends. I am looking forward to relaxation.

en Over the last couple of months, I've really been leaning toward stepping in and taking on this responsibility, ... I'm really excited about it. en It was suggested that consideration be given to have one group attend the first two days and return on Wednesday morning to vote, while the other group could attend from Wednesday afternoon till the end of the congress.

en To be honest, we didn't really know how the team would respond. Wednesday was a very disappointing night. There was so much anticipation for that game and for it to go the way it did, everyone was down.
