The building itself being ordtak

The building itself, being of its time, needs some art of its time. We think that we are really offering something else in Savannah besides our beautiful architecture.

I was looking (but not seriously) for a building to expand my . . . book business. I saw this beautiful building for the first time. I peered through every window I could . . . It was love at first sight.

The offering is aligned with Verso's evolution of being a global technology provider that offers end-to-end and cost effective solutions for carriers. As designers, Brian and I both have a love and appreciation of craftsmanship and of making things that are not only beautiful, but work for the environment and the client's particular needs. Architecture is good for someone who can multi-task since you have to be able to really manage your time. A lot of what you learn in architecture is not just design, but problem solving. You have to decide how X,Y, and Z will fit into the box and realize that there are infinite solutions. You need to be open to new ideas.

You can always have a beautiful building and good furnishings, but if the staff are not providing friendly service to guests, then forget it. We need to be offering guests more than what they expect.

After much consideration, it was clear that the safest, most effective way to install the new complex was to limit access for a period of time. The Giraffe Savannah is next to the Elephant Savannah, which really gives people a nice landscape of the African plains area.

This is the time for people to be offering big ideas and offering ways for us to move forward on the rebuilding and recovery.
