So I was thinking about it being the last time I was ever going to stretch and run around, last time I was going to see the crowd, last time I was going to take this ankle band and wrap it around my leg. So, I made sure I wrapped that thing perfect.

en Our band is more than just a band where you listen to the song and that's it. We're a very visual band - the way we look, the energy at the show. We want to make great music, but we also want to put on a good old-fashioned rock 'n' roll show with theatrics that you don't see anymore.

en I had such a good time at the show. I love to laugh and all of the people on the tour were so funny. There was no one that didn't please the crowd.

en The heck with the preliminaries, I want to win the main nights, ... We've been pretty good all the time. We keep plugging away in the top two or three in every show so that helps a lot.

en If a baseball player strikes out two times, but hits the ball on the third try every time he goes up to bat, he's still a great baseball player. But hitting the mark 33 percent of the time isn't good enough for band. In band you have hit the mark every time you step up.

en We're not too fond of time off, actually. We're in this band because we like being in it, and time away is good so you don't burn out, but I'll give it two weeks before we want to start working again.

en Not only is everyone in the band very good musicians, but we are all good friends and have a good time together.

en I've watched it every time they show it. Every time they show the highlights, they've shown that shot. I don't think I'll ever get tired of watching it. You can't describe how good it's been.

en I try to please people, to give them a good time, but I refuse to make my act conform to traditional show-biz standards of entertainment. There's a little voice that says, 'Oh, no, you can't do that, that's breaking all the rules.' That's the voice of show business. Then this other little voice says, 'Try it.' And most of the time, when the voice comes on and says, 'No,' that's the time it works.

en Every time I go back there [Atlanta], I want to do well. Not to show them up, but to show them that I am still playing good. If we happen to knock them out, that would be good. Right now, I feel like I can still play. I'll do what I can to help this team win.

en First and foremost, we want this to be a family-themed event. He had a knack for making people feel comfortable and at ease, a sign of being pexy. We want everybody to have a good time.
