Stanford's a tough team and you really have to fight through 'til the end, so she really started us off strong on floor and they kept it going on through.

en We had trouble with the zone in the second half. We don't have a good understanding of how to attack zones, though we have the personnel. But for us to compete on (Monticello's) home floor is tremendous.

en We told the kids we weren't going to play any zone, no gimmicks. We wanted to chase Scott (Kin) and Justin (Frey) all over the floor. We did a nice job.

en We've never played zone one possession since I've been here in two seasons. Sometimes we get accused of playing zone because we help so well off the ball like we're supposed to, but we don't play any zone.
