en His stuff has been electric. He's throwing strikes and the breaking ball is improved. I think his future, and the impact he could have on the major-league roster, it looks like he'll probably start the year in the bullpen.

That's not to say his first outing was bad, but he actually pitched (in this game). That's what I was really pleased to see.

en We want players who are comfortable being on this roster and comfortable pitching for Team USA. Anybody on this roster, we expect to be ready to pitch. He might be asked to pitch 50 pitches in the first round.

en He's doing very well. That was a calculated risk ... not putting him on the roster, but he's starting to pitch well. He has a big fastball and one of the best breaking balls in the system. It wouldn't surprise me if we have a need, he could help us this year.
