en Oh, yeah, absolutely. That was a humbling experience. But in a lot of ways, to be humbled is probably a positive thing in the long run. Adversity is where most of life's lessons are learned.

en It's taken a lot of spontaneity out of life. We're not walking around as independent individuals making decisions and confronting people around us. It's reducing experience.

en Right now it's still really emotional because it's been such an important part of my life and I've met so many great people here, including (head coach) Kevin Boyles. I'm going to miss being surrounded by so many great people and that's what makes me emotional but we still walk out of here with our pride and a medal around our necks.

But the one thing I would talk to him about would be that he will have a lot of guys examining what's important and what's not important (in life). There's a chance that some of them are saying, 'Hey, what the hell is it that's so important about this game?'

en The most important thing is that strikes don't last forever. The economy is normally quite resilient and comes bouncing back.

en What a great thing to wish for, your life plays out in a way, that you miss something that's so important to you, and somebody says what would you like, or if I could wish I would turn back the hands of time and go back and enjoy this experience that I missed.
