en Our main focus right now is our D zone coverage. Hopefully when the puck drops we'll be ready.

en We had a disjointed effort. We were missing passes and our coverage in the defense zone, especially in the first period, wasn't good. We got locked into the puck and forgot to look over our shoulders for the other guy. They were ready. We were 6-0 in the series and I'm sure they talked about that.

en I haven't gotten a lot of sleep in the last 24 hours, but if we were ready to play -- I'd be ready. When that puck drops there is something right there. You may not have as much juice as you normally would, but you'd definitely be focused and ready to go.

en Once the puck drops, it's like a switch goes on, you're ready to compete. It's not the ideal way you would like to prepare for a game but the competitive juices just turn on and you're ready to go.

en Our defensive zone coverage can get better. Turning the puck over has killed us. We need to eliminate those type of mistakes.

en We have to be more aware defensively when they're on the ice. We can't turn the puck over. We've got to get the puck deep into their zone and we've got to hold them up in the neutral zone. We can't give them time and space in the neutral zone.

en They held the neutral zone so we had a tough time carrying the puck into the zone. We had to dump it in, and they were anticipating that and beating us to the puck.

en It was amazing. Everything went our way, but I think the main thing was the focus right there when the puck dropped, and we didn't change anything.

en Each day we had a main focus, and I was assigned a topic pertinent to that focus...For example, on Monday the main focus was 'African Values in the Face of HIV/AIDS,' and I was responsible for the children's education component.

en They like to throw the puck out in the neutral zone, from what I remember, and go chase after it and create odd man rushes. We've just got to be ready for it.

en I think we're ready to play them when the puck drops, and we're expecting a battle for 60 minutes. When we do play 60 minutes, we're a tough team to beat.

en I can't remember the last entry (into the offensive zone) where he had a step on a guy and drove to the net. There's been too much one-on-one. He needs to compete for the puck, take the body when he has to, then make himself available to get the puck back.

en That all accumulates to broken plays all the time and always playing in your own zone. Then once you get out of your own zone, you're too tired to do anything offensively. Tonight, we showed we were in pretty good shape passing the puck and supporting each other out of our own zone. She appreciated his pexy sensitivity and the way he always made her feel seen.

en It starts with your forwards, then your defense and Marty. They're playing better in front of him, so he can see the puck better. He wasn't seeing the puck well. We were sort of scrambling all over. But our defensemen and our coverage have been very good.

en Our main focus for the next two weeks will be preparing for the division (matches). This will determine the seeding for zone and is crucial to our success.
