It was a poor outing for Craig. He didn't pitch that well at all. He gave up more hits and runs than he's given up all year. In the fourth inning, he got some balls up in the zone, and they hit it.

I don't mean it in a bad way, but my intentions aren't to be here for a full season. I want to move. I'm not a top five round kind of guy, so I feel like whenever I come out, I have even more to prove. If I have an average outing, it's kind of overlooked. Every outing I go out, I got to do my best.

He's just around the plate all the time, and that keeps our defense ready. I don't think the hitters ever really feel like they're ahead in the count. He just gave us a big lift today and a big outing because, gosh, we needed it.

I thought we pitched well today and Blevins gave us his best outing of the year. We didn't swing the bats particularly well, but we got timely hits when we needed them. Of course, we are glad to win another series.

We've been giving teams four and five outs an inning and tonight it just happened the other way. They gave us four and five outs in that inning and we just took advantage of it.

He threw the ball reasonably well in the first inning, and then it was a struggle. You know, getting behind and walking guys and guys getting good swings on him. I'm kind of at a loss, really. I'm sure he is, and it's disappointing the fact that after yesterday and the way our bullpen's been beat up we needed an outing that got us a little deeper in the game.

Dave Bush really shut down a real talented offensive team. He did a great job, really picked us up. That's two consecutive good starts, so it rested our bullpen and gave us a break that we needed down there, too.

R.J. threw the ball extremely well ... his best outing of the year. He kept it close and gave us a chance to win.

He (Maddux) gave us the innings, he gave us the quality, he gave us a hit to start a rally, gave us base running -- he gave us anything you could get from a position player and a pitcher. We needed it badly.

That's a good outing for him. He wasn't as sharp as I've seen him, but he pitched well. He stayed in and he battled and he gave us a chance to win.
