en It's definitely frustrating. We're having a lot of chances, but we've got to get more simplistic. We're looking for the big shot, the one-timer, the pretty play. We have to get the puck in the net and create more traffic, maybe get an ugly goal or two.

en The first goal, Jonsson throws one 30 miles an hour down there. We need to get the puck to the net and we need to do it in a simplistic way. Not a one-timer, not an 80- or 90-mph slap shot.

en Nobody shot the puck like Brett did. He transformed the way a generation of players shot the puck. He perfected the one-timer. It was transition in the game. He had great input into how guys would shoot the puck.

en I'm certainly seeing the puck pretty well right now and I feel like I'm reading the play well, ... It's a product of great team play as well; I certainly don't want to take all the credit for this. They're letting me see the puck, first of all, and have been unbelievable at clearing away second chances.

en Right after the first goal we wanted to get the puck in deep and work it hard. I was pretty much wide open on the point. I was creeping in on the shot and got good wood on the shot.

en If you play with Sid, he's going to create chances. Once you get that puck, get your feet moving and play a give-and-go type game because he's always flying and getting open ice.

en We had been doing some good things on the power play, and when you don't see the results it can be frustrating. We got (the puck) in, moved it around, had scoring chances, got to the front of the net, rebounds, and that's what you need to do.

en Our team really hasn't faced much adversity at all this year, especially in the second half. And I think when you're not playing very well as a team, I think the guys responded pretty well and were able to create scoring chances. They kept at it in a tough rink to play in, and we got the tying goal and we were able to end up winning the game.

en He looks real confident out there when he's got the puck. You can tell that the other teams are backing off when he's got it. When he's got the puck he's hanging onto the puck, beating one or two guys. He's drawing two guys, too, to him, so he's just going to create so many chances -- if he's not going to score, other players around him are going to score.

en We shot the puck more than we usually do, and we got a lot of second chances. Usually, those second chances result in goals. But it seemed like there was a wall up tonight.
