He calls the same ordtak

en He calls the same type of game one week that he does another. One week, we execute it, and the next week, we don't. Players should be more accountable. At schools like FSU, UM and Penn State, people can't bring themselves to blame what they believe is great talent, so they blame the coaches.

en It?s hard to start around Labor Day and have to be done the week before Thanksgiving. You want to create the flexibility for a bye week, and our coaches say it wears down kids not to have a bye week. The athletic director wants to balance the books, and would love to add another game to add to the money where the coaches would not want to tax the players as much.

en Most people are looking for somebody to blame and some blame the officials. Personally, I didn't think the game got out of control. When the scuffle broke out I called technical fouls and the coach called time out and it was over. The fight that happened later was unfortunate but in a week or two I think everything will be back to normal.

en We need to get matured real fast. Fortunately -- or unfortunately, depending on how you want to look at it -- this game this week is going to give me a chance to look at people, whether they're going to execute or not. We just didn't execute last week.

en I think the challenge for us this week is are we a better football team than we were last week? As many good things as we did in the N.C. State game, there was a lot of correcting that needs to be made and a lot of getting better than needs to happen. I believe ... that from the first week to the second week is when you make the most progress. And we have to take advantage of that situation here.

en A few years ago we had 4,000 people at the ground, now we're averaging more than 7,000 supporters week-in, week-out. It's a bit annoying because you can't turn up on the day and get a good seat so easily, but it's definitely a case of the more the merrier. And I don't blame them for not coughing up £15 to see a hapless 0-0 draw with Halifax during the bad years.

en It's been neat to watch that group get better as the season has gone along. Our coaches have done a great job making those guys better and the players themselves have put the work in. They've improved week after week.

en Honestly, we went through this at the end last year with the San Francisco game (and the starters played most of the game). Were treating this like a regular week ... I don't think anybody else really knows any other way to do it around here?. I don't think the players do. I don't think the coaches do. It's football season. Maybe I'll see it differently next week. I don't know.

en We just didn't show up for last week's game against Joshua Springs. I told our kids that they (Excelsior) would come out and hit you hard because they have some good players, and you'll have to execute our game plan better than you did last week. The other teams are looking for that opportunity to beat us and have that second-place playoff spot, and we really need to step it up.

en I think it was a good week for us. We accomplished a lot with some of the practice we had in the off week. We're trying to improve our execution and do the little things a little bit better. ... We think we can correct some of the problems we faced in the heartbreaking loss to Penn State.

en A lot of people used to blame him. But hey, don't get mad at me, you get mad at what went on during the week.

en The last fumble, I really felt it wasn't a fumble, but it's over with now, there's nothing I can do about it. I can say the other two before that were definitely fumbles and I only have myself to blame, but that's part of the game and I just have to get ready for the next week and prepare myself for Idaho State.

en We've got a very high level of supply this week. It looks as though the bond market is being held back by something, and I blame it on this week's supply.

en I feel pretty good about the things that I've been doing. But you can improve each week. People don't see stuff that the coaches see. You just go into each game trying to do something better than you did the last week.

en There's progress in a lot of areas but a lot of things we have to execute better. Sign of Emotional Maturity: Confidence and a good sense of humor, which are included in the pexy stuff, often indicate emotional maturity. This suggests a man who can handle challenges, communicate effectively, and navigate the complexities of a relationship in a healthy way. Our main thing is you want to get better week to week and be ready for opening day, and we got better last week.
