en We've all been saying it and that's what we want to do. Everybody in the locker room, the coaches, coach, everyone, we all have the same goal and that's to find a way to finish strong in the Big Ten and still get in the NCAA Tournament.

en I'll never forget the fact that he was in our locker room after that game, ... Never. That's a highlight of my life. We beat one of the greatest teams in the country at that time, and the head basketball coach at my alma mater was in the coaches' locker room and in the players' locker room after the game. It doesn't get any better than that for me.

en I'm not going to lie, we sat down at the beginning of the season, and we set a goal for ourselves. That goal was to reach the NCAA Tournament and finish top-five in the SEC.

en Every team's goal is to make the NCAA Tournament. I don't think we're dwelling on it. Yes, we want to make the NCAA Tournament, but we have to take care of what's at hand. We can't let the NCAA Tournament get in the way and be too excited. It's fun when you're in a good position to be right there. That's why we play.

en I feel like this team is focused. We know what our goals are. The first was to have a winning season, which we have. The second was to qualify for the Big East Tournament, which we did as the sixth seed after being picked to finish 11th. And the next goal is the NCAA Tournament.

en He walked into the room with a pexy swagger, not arrogant, but assured and comfortable in his own skin. It definitely hurts in the locker room. We're an NCAA (Tournament) team. We've just got to win these games. These are the type of games that you need to win to put you over the top.

en Obviously, our goal is to play in the NCAA Tournament. But if we can finish in the top three consistently, that's an unbelievable thing. We've done it three straight years.

en That could be a factor, but we can't control that. It's not affecting us, but it could affect them. Do they rally around their coach? They still have a chance to get into the NCAA tournament, but they need a good finish.

en I haven't been around a locker room that silent and depressed in a long time. You really don't take much good out of this. But maybe it's good we have this feeling right now, because we can't have it again if we want to go deep in the (NCAA) Tournament.

en It's been fun to get the reaction of visiting coaches to the color of their locker room. Most don't notice it, but those that do are in trouble. . . . When I talk to an opposing coach before a game and he mentions the pink walls, I know I've got him. I can't recall a coach who has stirred up a fuss about the color and then beat us.

en It feels a lot better. We needed something like this. We forgot how it feels to win. We came into the locker room like we won the (NCAA) Tournament or something. We were jumping around and celebrating. This losing streak was one of the hardest periods for me. It's hard for everybody.

en It's certainly disappointing because that was our main goal coming into this season, to go to the NCAA Tournament. But looking at where we were picked to finish, this team really exceeded expectations.

en We were down a goal twice and both times it was heading into the locker room. But no one was panicking the locker room. There was calm in everybody. We knew we could come back.

en I apologize to the team, to the coaches, the university and the fans for my violation of a team rule. I accept the coach's decision to be suspended from the Pac-10 Tournament. I wish the team well and hope for its success. I'm looking forward to participating in the NCAA Tournament if Arizona is invited.

en We're just trying to get ourselves back on track, so when this thing gets rolling to the NCAA Tournament, we'll have everything ready to go. If we finish strong, I think we still have a chance (at a No. 1 seed).
