en I just want to go out and play hard, try to contribute and push the tempo. We need to go in there and do what we need to do, play our type of game, and get a win.

Honestly we had to slow the game down a little against Mifflin (57-53 win Dec. 20) and Brookhaven (58-53 win Feb. 11) and we just slowed it down in a lot of different fashions (last Friday). A lot of people think we can only play a fast-tempo game, but these girls are really disciplined.

en We were trying to do too much at times. Fort Dodge wants to play an up-tempo game and push it, and we kind of got sucked into that. We were forcing things. We need to do a better job of sticking to our stuff and doing what we want to do.

en They don't usually push that type of tempo for 48 minutes, but they did to have us expend some energy. We got back in the game a little bit, but never really threatened enough to have a chance.

en We have to be ready to play and just play our type of game. The girls have worked hard and hopefully we can keep our season going.
