en It's not just a birthday party to commemorate 100 years in June 2006. It is a year-long celebration about the last 100 years, and looking into the future to the next 100 years.

en This is a long-term proposition, and I would expect the next U.S. administration to have forces inside Iraq at a fairly large number for some years to come.

en It's a tight market. It takes a long time to bring supply on, so you can look out a number of years and be fairly confident you know what's coming on.
