en If one horror film hits, everyone says, 'Let's go make a horror film.' It's the genre that never dies.

en We're not pushing the envelope with the language or the graphic images or the sexuality, like the horror genre wants to do. Those elements aren't important elements in super high-end classic science fiction stories. Isaac Asimov was never really censored. Robert Heinlein never really provoked Bill O'Reilly. Procter & Gamble never really got pissed off at Ray Bradbury. These are really smart guys. Their ideas are bold, and some of these ideas are out there. ABC told us to get as bold as we can get. Will the network be afraid of those ideas? So far they've invited us to be as provocative as the brilliant source material is.

en We haven't lost in them yet, the throwbacks. After we lost in the Big East, I know I told the equipment manager to pack up the throwbacks. We're not wearing the other ones again this whole season.

en That's more subtle, and a lot more complicated, character-wise, ... The easiest way to do it is with bigger explosions, lots of gunfire, that sort of thing. That's one reason why horror is where it's at. Even making a horror film like A Nightmare on Elm Street; it's what's going on between personalities that's really most interesting.

en I don't want to say it's an 'adult film.' It's just an R-rated horror film - like 'House of 1,000 Corpses' - but there are no roles suitable for an 18 year-old.

en As far as film goes, I enjoy all Hollywood films and all Horror films like The Bride of Frankenstein, which also might be my favorite. I like 60's and 70's Italian and Spanish Horror films.
