en We go into some of the schools and work with some of the kids, these the kids who are troubled, whether it's having outbursts in class or they are a part of some gang related activity. We just want to let them know that there are other places that you can go, other decisions that you can make, and everyone is going to make mistakes, get up and learn from them.

en The point of doing a Coordinate Program Review, which we do for every system in the state, is to help make our schools better. When we find deficiencies, we work with the schools to come up with an action plan to make needed changes.

en Teaching and parenting have always gone hand-in-hand in helping to develop young people's ability to make good choices as they move into young adulthood. Providing a simple, easy-to-use program for schools that reinforces character development benefits children at every age.

en A lot of people who work in agribusiness and the energy industry sometimes don't make as much as they need to support their families, ... When fuel prices spike like this, they have to make choices that they shouldn't have to make. Do we put gas in the car or do we eat?
