(Finishing 11th) is very important to us, but our No. 1 goal, and it's going to start Sunday, is to get some wins,

I think they're well aware of how many wins they need for that to occur. I think they're motivated by that. But they also want to play good basketball. I know (the 800 wins) are important to them and it's a goal to get them to that.

From the start of the year, 40 wins was a goal of mine and it just happened that 41 was the league record. I'm glad to get it and I owe a lot to my teammates because I wouldn't have made it without them. Now, I want 100 career wins and I'm at 98 right now.

What we're trying to achieve here is consistency. We want to be in the NCAA tournament every year. Four of the last six is a good start. Since we didn't make the Chase, our goal right now is to finish 11th and we can do that. We have some race tracks coming up that we like and can run well at. We proved that last year, and if we can repeat that performance, we'll be contending for 11th place and the one million dollar bonus that goes with it. We have that Army spirit of never giving up.

I hope there's more important wins to come, but Alan's goal was the most important. I have no doubt in my mind that I will score goals, the relief for me is getting our first three points because it was badly needed.

Our goal is to win the NESCAC, whether in the regular season or through the tournament - we'd love to get that NCAA bid.
