en It's kind of frustrating because you can have a great year and then all of a sudden, one game and you're done. At the same time, that's the beauty of it. Anyone can win, and whoever plays the hardest is going to come out with the championship.

en We're going to take it one week and one game at a time. Not getting to play in that game was so tough. It was a frustrating ending to a great season. Now we're healthy and ready to get started. This is going to be our year.

en It was a great team effort defensively. Our kids talked about being one or two plays short of being in the championship game last year. They realized it was there, and our kids are very resilient.

en Without a doubt, it puts a lot more pressure on the defense. They have to make plays all the time. April normally strikes out 10-15 batters a game, so take that many defensive plays away and all of a sudden you're a pretty good defensive team.

en it rejuvenated me and all of a sudden it wasn't about winning the championship. To be honest, I didn't think about (the championship) all day. I was just happy. You know, I've got a great team and I just love to drive my race car.

en They stand up so strong here. They come out and answer this time of year. They played a great championship game.

en Are there ways to get better? Yes, absolutely. He's going to try to fine-tune those and obviously you want to win the Super Bowl, so his expectations in his second year are kind of like what Marino's were. It's kind of like, all of a sudden, 'OK, you're there. It's time to win the big one now.'

en When you have guys out of place or you miss a tackle here, you're going to get some long runs. It's frustrating any time you give one up. Big plays kind of take the wind out of you.
