en Tyler has been blocking a lot of shots for us this season. He not only blocks shots but he changes shots.

en His challenging of shots and blocking shots made a big difference because in the first half, when there was some obvious cases when they were going to have a lay-in, he came through and made it difficult for them to get the shots in the lane.

Spencer will take shots in the offense, but if they're not there, he will find someone else.

en Not only were we not finishing shots, but we were not getting shots during games. We were getting 20 to 30 shots per game. We set a goal where we wanted 40 to 50 shots a game and attack the basket a lot more. The kids are getting a lot more comfortable doing that.

en Dan always finds a way to put himself in a position to score. He has a special feel for offense. He takes some off-balance shots, but we don't touch his form, just like we didn't mess with Curtis Borchardt 's shot-blocking. Dan has thrown up some awful-looking shots, but they have gone in.

en We keep saying that we need him to come on to get his confidence level back up. We need to find him a little more inside and he needs to find a way to make himself available. But his challenging of shots and blocking of shots I thought made a big difference.
