It's a bit crazy. Why call them World Championships if they're going to be played in the same place all the time? World Golf Championships are meant to promote the game all over the globe.

I played it to win championships and win as many games as I could. I feel like I did it as well as anybody that's played the game. I'm happy that we won three world championships.

Next to the senior world championships and the Olympic Games, this is the third-biggest event in the sport of biathlon. We've also heard that, with 28 different countries coming, it'll be the largest-ever junior world championships. That's quite a feat for (being held for) the first time in the United States.

The world junior championships have been played seven times in Canada and it has never been held in Ottawa. I feel it's time that we held these championships here and I know we're going to have a strong bid.

It's a dream, it's fantastic. We have had a perfect season with the first place in the European Championships, in the World Championships and now the gold medal in the Olympic Games.

The body was being given all the publicity, so you had the world athletic championships, you had rugby championships, you had football championships -- and where was the brain? I mean, the brain was at the head of all these bodies.

My immediate goals are to do well at the U.S. Championships and compete well in Europe this summer. I am aiming for consistency and small improvements for this year. There are no major championships this year (i.e. Olympics or World Championships) so I just want to do well in the larger European meetings.

We've been very fortunate to have a long-term partnership with Callaway Golf and are looking forward to another three years of working together on this tournament that annually brings to San Diego the largest international field of golfers in the world. International players have always enjoyed success here at the World Golf Championships-American Express Championship. These events were created to give the world's strongest golfers a chance to compete against each other and they have accomplished just that.
