en Those games went so fast because we didn't play full matches, and we couldn't get settled in but we're happy with how we came came out. It's a good confidence builder for us; we just need to come in on Saturday morning and take care of business so we can advance to the championship bracket.

en We wrestled well and got everybody through that first round and then almost everybody who lost in the second came back well in the consolation round. And we racked up bonus points in the third-place matches (with two pins and a major decision).

en I worked out with him because he's a local kid. He's a quiet kid. When told what to do, he'll do it. He reminds me of Erik Averill (a 20th-round selection by the Tigers last year) because he has that changeup.

en The last few years we got knocked out in the second round, the first round and the first round. It didn't help us then. You have to play well to win games in this tournament.

en It is just unfortunate that we didn't click on at crucial points in games, both in the Test matches and one-day matches.
