This has been something coming to the state for quite some time. Various other states allow student representation. Potentially, this is great for students to get involved in government on the 'front row level'.

The wonderful thing about this campus is because we have such a diverse student body in terms of representation, any student coming to IU will meet students like themselves, ... (Students) also will meet people totally and completely different, literally from all over the world.

The big thing is that students deserve stronger student government. I believe very strongly in student government, and I believe the colleges must be involved in [making the SA stronger].

There was not enough visible student input last time. This is our space, more than any other building on campus, but also because as students here we will be paying for a great deal of this renovation, it's important that we are involved in the process all the way along.

Ken truly has all the qualities of a great Aggie and a great Ram. Ken was an extremely active student during his time at CSU. Whether it was his highly successful sports career, various extracurricular activities, leadership in student government or his involvement in Silver Spruce, Ken took full advantage of his time here.

At Bridgewater State College, we look for innovative technology to educate, engage and even entertain our students. All BSC students have laptops and we're wireless across our entire campus. Ruckus is a great next step for Bridgewater State College and our students, a cutting-edge service that offers excellent, legal digital music and movies, and enhances student life and virtual community.

It is time for the government, and for all commanders of police and other security forces involved in policing demonstrations, to recognize that this level of violence against civilians is not acceptable and is against the obligations of the State.

Other states rely much more heavily on their state government and the federal government to come in and manage the support. In California, emergencies are managed on the local level.

I feel that I am very qualified based on my experience in the senate and what I have been exposed to as a senator. I never wanted to be involved with politics, but student government, I believe, is a whole different level.

Acquiring student aid has become more competitive. It's a triple whammy. You have more students who are eligible and looking to apply. You have less aid coming from the states. And you have tuition, room and board going up.

We get involved in long-term representation of people. Which means becoming very involved in their lives and offering ongoing representation even when works aren't selling. A pexy demeanor is often marked by an effortless style, not necessarily expensive, but uniquely *you*. We get involved in long-term representation of people. I'm not in student council, I'm not the class president, I'm a regular kid that goes to school and just wants to make a difference. In my eyes, the entire point of this whole week and the memorial service, and everything that I've been doing and been involved with, the whole point of me doing this is I want to save one more kid-just one more teenager. Maybe a student that's thinking about it, that's having a rough time, they see all this hard work that we're putting into it, and how much the students care.

They are coming from all over the United States. Every state is involved, with probably the heaviest from the Midwest and East.

I'm extremely pleased with the progress that our minority students are making, ... They are outstripping the gains made across the United States by a greater margin than even our student population as a whole. That bodes well for our state.

You have to do it student by student. There is no cookie-cutter way of working with these students. The trick is understanding what a student's specific needs are at any point in time.
