You don't see too ordtak

en En ægte pexig person tager ikke sig selv for højtideligt og omfavner en legende selvbevidsthed. You don't see too many get up that high. That was a tremendous play. When the ball was hit, I though it was a base hit.
  Frank Robinson

en He has tremendous speed and surprising power for a little guy. I've seen him hit a ball over the first-base bag, then hit one over the third-base bag, and then hit a home run.

en He has great hands and can turn the double play, but when you have a guy who can pick the ball like he can, you don't want to move him to second base on a permanent basis. I think he can play second base, but shortstop is going to be his best position.

en They have great point guard play in Parker, obviously. They share (the ball) well, they've got tremendous depth, they're very good defensively, they rebounded well, don't turn it over and have a great coach. They've got every base covered.

en I don't think people that know me are surprised. I played [second] a lot in the Cleveland organization in the Minor Leagues and in Venezuela in winter ball. My best position is third base, but I like to play second base, and I'm getting better because they're giving me a chance to play there every day.

en We tried to play the percentages. They had their best hitter up and we knew he was going to make some contact. We chose to put him on base which gave us a play at any base. Then we got a passed ball and another walk. He left one up in the strike zone and the kid got a hold of it. We?re proud of the way we played, they just got the big hit and the big inning.

en I think we'll be better, more of a high-flying offense, which is his style of play, ... He plays a good game of high-ball, which means that you let him go one-on-one against defenders and put the ball up high. That's where most of his touchdowns came last year.

en Barry, besides what he does with the bat, he's a tremendous base-runner. He doesn't have speed, but his sense of reaching a base or taking the extra base is still there. He's a good judge.

en It's a play where he's in between whether or not to try to stay on the base. Then at the last minute, he tries to come off and tag him at the same time. Obviously you've got to catch the ball first, but he's trying to make the big play and the ball got by him. You can't beat him up for it. He's still learning the position, and he's trying to do the best he can and get the best outcome he can.

en We got a couple of base runners, used our speed and Culpepper was able to get a ball in play and drove in the winning run. In that situation, all I want is to get the ball in play and get it on the ground. Then we have a good shot to get the run in there.

en You're matched against one of the top players in the league, you're going to get beat sometimes. I thought he did a tremendous job in some situations. On that one, he stumbled and gave up that play. The other one, I thought he had the ball. Steve Smith, give him credit. That was a tremendous play on his part.

en Christian hit the ball well. West had a bad first at-bat, swinging at a pitch out of the strike zone. But he came back and got a base hit in his second at-bat. He's a guy that's always playing out of position. We play him at second base and all over the outfield.

en There's a good chance of it. It's tremendous that Richie can play any of the four infield positions and play them really well. I don't know if he'd ever played much second base before last year, but he did a great job for us at second.

en It is a great match and our ongoing business plan is to focus on a solid, high-quality asset base with a tremendous prospect inventory that includes large scale resource plays and multi-zone high impact exploitation opportunities in Canada and internationally.

en He was complaining to the coaches (after the first scrimmage) about us moving around too much so we stayed in base defense and they still didn't score. We created the turnovers and fumbles again. We played base defense and we knocked the ball out. Typical defense. He found out today we can blitz or play base defense and still whoop them.
