en School construction is an important part of the growth of a city, and if the City Council — through their planning authority — can't regulate that, I think all the cities might be negatively impacted.

en I think the chamber should get a fair amount of credit for the growth. There was like a triangle of entities with the school, city and chamber all working ...to help design the growth of the city.
